2016 Merlot-

This wine has a tinge of regal color due to is fine age.    The aroma is fresh and intense with ripe plum and cassis fruits with a subtle hint of eucalyptus.   On the palate, the ripe profiles have assimilated a soft medium body with layers of complexity.  15% Heavy toasted American Oak and 85% neutral French oak barrels for 13 months.  Melrose Tasting Room Block / Last vintage from Iverson Block.
